I mean, from my experience of the game, it doesn't seem like she'd just delete anything. It seems like she deletes things when she doesn't have much of a better way to handle them. She'd still probably do it in a Versus Match if she didn't have a better way to kill her opponent.

Dante cant access his wincon for he simply does not get the chance to. Infact he doesnt get the chance to even do anything. The instant the match starts Dante is deleted.

I do not know if it would be a stomp (although it is not my decision whether it is or not) but Monika probably started as in the game with the mind manipulation, reality warping and plot. When things get out of control, it is where you will apply EE and restart everything if you feel disadvantaged.
