Space Faring Civilization Bracket

Yup, I'm going to attempt a Civilization Bracket. This is likely to go completely crazy so here are some ground rules.

1. The civilization must be at least Stellar on the Civilization Tiering System. Everything below that is out.

2. No higher dimensional anything. If it's just a power source that doesn't translate over to AP or hax, than that's fine, but no 4-D mindhax or 2-A members.

3. Seeing as how this Bracket is inherently different from most, hax standards will be different. Hax that would normally be a deal breaker, such as mind hax and certain high levels of Regenerationn are allowed but broken hax such as Conceptual Manipulation or Acasualty is a flat no. What exactly qualifies as "too haxed" will depend on the exact nature of all proposed members of the competition. Stuff like, say, The Galactic Empire's mindhax will be allowed for now but if none of the other civs can compete with it, then those capable of it will either be restricted or the civilization will be removed. Civilizations vary wildly in tier and hax, so this can be discussed once first choices are picked.

4. All notable members of a civilization, assuming they are not restricted by above or later mentioned rules, are assumed to be present.

5. If only a single key of a civilization makes them too haxed (for instance, The Felt from the Alternian Empire) then they must be restricted for them to be allowed in.

6. 10 contestants total. Two per verse and one per user.

7. Civilization must have a profile on this wiki.

Here is how individual matches will work.

1. Speed will be Equalized.

2. If two civilizations differ in tier, then they will be equalized to all resources of the highest tiers that both civilizations share. For instance, the Gem Homeworld and the Galactic Empire would be restricted to High 6-A, with exception made for things that can't be combatively used, such as the 5-B Gem Injectors. If the civilizations don't share any tiers, than no items above the strongest weapons or characters in the weaker civilization will be allowed. If this allows the weaker civilization to stomp, then the naturally stronger civ will be declared the winner and the bracket will move on.

3. Each match up will assume that the civilizations start on opposite of either a galaxy or galaxy cluster, depending on the size and traveling capabilities of both civilizations. It will be completely void of intelligent life with the exception of the two civilizations. The two will be aware of both each other and their hostility towards the other, but not where they are.

I think that a less well known faction of the 40k universe would spice things up.

Sun snuffers and entropic engines seem to me to be fair game, but i think that mechanivores eating space time and leaving voids in the universe mayyy be too much haxx,

Not much is known about their infantry though, except huge numbers and strength as it is stated they were "more numerous than the imperial guard, yet stronger than an astartes" (not sure on where this quote is from tho so take it with a grain of salt).

Well, I'd say that depends on how it works. I'll mark them down for now, we can easily check in on them later by comparing them to the competition.

Hrmm, I'll allow it for now, but I'll probably make a rule about only two civs per verse after this. I don't want this to be mostly 40k civs.

I'll just... add one of my own civs to the bracket sense this isn't picking up all that much.
