6-C round 2

So far it seems Luck AP stomps (5.74 Vs 33.14 and higher with significant stat amps+RPL+Rage Power)
 
Wave beam negates Durability, Ice Beam is Nigh AZ and Plasma Beam is significantly stronger than her normal shots. She can stack all 3 of these into one shot and spam it.
 
Luck has 2 stats amp with Thunder God's Armor: the first armor significantly increase his speed while the second allows him to blitz people who could keep up with him when he was using the first Armor.

Luck also has Rage Power and RPL if that's not enough
 
They can reach things much faster than she can when running at full speed so I'd maybe... 2 or 3x faster than her?
 
If she times her Precog right she could pin him down and Blast the shit out of him which is an in character thing she does.
 
IC, Luck speed amps and goes h2h. It that doesn't work he goes with range and spam his projectiles (Which would be a One Shot due to the AP gap)
 
Should I let the person who requested a character vote for them? For now I will count it
