Perfect Cell fights a number

Shouldn't the BFDI characters who survived in space get resistance to extreme cold, and cosmic radiations?
 
Probably energy blasts (I don't actually know) however like against Megaman four's size and Regenerationn would keep Cells monstrous AP advantage from killing him
 
Then his In Character move is to kill them with Ki Blasts because everytime he tried to shoot someone he was trying to kill them.
 
Super Perfect Cell led with Death Beam as soon as he appeared on the Cell Games. Right after that, he went to nuke the solar system with his Kamehameha.
 
As I recall, Four usually leads with Zappies, which are beams that can fire instantly.
 
The Kamehameha only needs for the user to say Kamehameha to charge up, and sometimes not even that.
 
Basic ki blasts wouldn't destroy all of four, and would get regen'd, (Also pretty sure Cell still took a while to charge the Kamehameha, besides just saying the name)
 
To be fair it only took that long because he was kinda hoping Gohan would try to fight back so he could have a little bit more fun before destroying them. Also, he doesn't have to use the Kamehameha, he could just use Solar Flare and then Kienzan him or use a Spirit Bomb or something.
 
Kienzan gets regen'd, I don't remember Cell ever using the Spirit Bomb (Also that would take way too long to charge)
 
But then so will Cell regenerate as well.

One of the few ways I see Four winning is if he can straight up disintegrate Cell with the Anti-Flying Button, plus, it can disable his flight with tape.
 
So I don't know if Zappies would do much, but Four would probably lead with them, see that they do nothing, then obliterate Cell with the Anti-Flying Button (Also disabling flight as Psycho's brought up)
 
Except Four's size and regen will keep him alive due to Cell lacking the range to destroy him with except with the Solar Kamehameha
 
And Cell will just keep getting stronger the Longer he takes to win. He could also be capable of using Kaioken but let's not jump to conclusions.
 
What? He only gets stronger after taking serious damage which Four wouldn't be able to do due to the AP gap, the only thing Four has that can damage Cell is the Anti-Flying Button Which just kills him
 
No, because the Solar Kamehameha is able to kill Four, it's just likely that in the time it takes to charge it Four could kill him with the Anti-Flying Button
 
And Four's likely to bring out the AFB quickly after realizing that his Zappies do nothing
 
It really doesn't take that long to charge. In the Manga, he charged it in like a minute at maximum. And you can still move while charging the kamehameha you know.
