Not going to underestimate Spectre since DC can get crazy with its tier 1 aspects, but I'm pretty sure conceptual destruction on a type 2 level is a way to bypass type 8. Not sure if it will put him down though.
 
He's not even within top 5 strongest lmao. If anything, Giygas is stronger by a long shot. It just that Fatehax is a stupidly broken Hax.
 
I mean, how can you properly with a story where a character resist FateHax without dismissing the FateHax as a power?

At the same time showing how powerful the FateHax is.
 
In shin megami tensei high Level 2A demons superior to beings such as the Norns, whose influence over Time and Fate bounds even Demon Gods who exist beyond all time and space and there are other demons that resist him likey demi fiend. :p

A 4th dimensional entity brings him back to life whenever he dies. It has no limit as well.
 
So the only way to defeat Ness is to kill the 4th dimensional entity, but it's in a place where not even Giygas can get to.
 
No, its not like that. It protects him from defeat and death, by making his journey the best one possible for his win

And even if he dies, Truth makes a GER movement and nullifies the cause, bringing Ness back as if nothing happened
