Pegasus Seiya vs A stronger sonic

Alright I'm assuming this Seiya is 2-C? He has the AP advantage, but along with atom manip he has no way of killing Sonic cuz of his type 8. Soul destruction shouldn't do anything either as Sonic's aura restores his spiritual essence whenever it gets damaged. He would have to find an incapacitation method which is pretty difficult cuz this guy ain't packing any sleep hax or shit like that I'm aware of, going off on the profile.

Meanwhile Sonic can't even harm him due to the AP gap. And I doubt his offensive hax might do much here. Matter manip gets resisted, and other stuff like plot manip I doubt he would use, unless if the match drags on long enough where he remembers he has those things to begin with. Even then, Seiya has resurrection, so Sonic can't even put kill him either, and would need to incapacitate him as well, which from my knowledge, base Sonic without any equipment has no way of doing that.

I don't even know how fate hax will even factor here. Seiya already can't do shit due to type 8 and Sonic really can't do anything either. So for now I'm going with inconclusive.
 
These days, when I think of Gaara's sand being called the "Ultimate defense", I have a good laugh. Cause Sonic's is not even funny.

But since Chaos Emeralds lead to higher tiers, its excluded.

The Planet of Mobius itself seems like a Low 2-C construct or slightly lower with all that happens on it based on scaling.

He fought SSB Goku and Sonic didn't have access to the Power Rings or Emeralds. At least it wasn't specified in the OP

Their effects maybe 2-A (I'm not too sure) but they don't increase Sonic's tier like the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic also has a 2-A FateHax but it's doesn't raise Base Sonic to 2-A.
 
It's like saying a 10-B human can't have a gun as a Standred equipment in his vs matches because it's a higher tier than the 10-B human, even though having the gun itself doesn't raise the human up from his 10-B status.

Literally nobody is saying Sonic can't have the Power Rings. He can, and going by SBA, he would, it just happens that the OP can restrict it if he wants.

Same thing with humans and guns.
 
The Power Rings just grant him 2-A hax which he already has via passives and resistances.

Although they can be used to buff him to take hits from Master Mogul which is obviously restricted this match when not in Super or Ultra form.
