Doesn't really stop Stella from AOEing the battlefield blocking passion off.
 
Yeah we running into the same problem as Sella vs Mercer. SBA says New York with ppl around. Stella wouldn't nuke in an inhabited area like that. So stella would just start with fireballing but she should stomp here nonetheless. Passion's res is reliant on her chipmunk iirc, which stella would either destroy by mistake or would just destroy eventually. And that's not to mention that stella would just use her stuff in phantom form if she believes she will kill her opponent.

Yes but it really depends, stella can still nuke a hundred meters or so no problem. How good and spammable is her teleport?
 
Then stella will just eventually nuke i guess. The problem is she can't do much against Stella past her Empress Dress.
 
What about Loving True Heart's light? There's also Happiness Hurricane, which I'm not even sure about the medium of.

Idk dude, that's what i thought to. But it apparently it's being treated that way due to "lol random encounter". But i plan on doing a CRT about it. It only creates advantages and disadvantages.
 
No, base Stella SSSAF arc can do that. Everyone who looks at her sees a dragon which ends up inducing fear onto opponents. There was a girl who uses her lion to induce fear (when the lion roars, cus some king of the beasts or some shit). The lion roared, Stella just stood there, Stella Roared, the lion was scared to hell and back. Ikki was also scared af against her, and this was a dude who fought against Edel.
 
It's really not mind manip, cus it doesn't affect your mind directly. It's just normal to fear something that is the concept of a dragon. You'd just have to be VERY brave to fight her normally i guess.
 
If this was Eas, she'd ignore it out of sheer "everything for lord Mobius!" Passion, however, ignores it out of doing that every day.

Forcing a person to feel fear for literally zero reason is the most textbook mind manipulation you can have.
 
I mean in almost most cases rakudai doesn't really affect the mind. Iirc Mind Manip is strictly for "affecting the mind directly". You looking like a dragon, and your own mind telling you "yeah ok that girl is bad news let's f ourselves outta here" isn't directly affecting the mind. It's you being scary. Like how you'd be scared if you saw a hound in the dark chasing you. He does't really have mind manip, but you still run for the freaking hills.

Fear affecting someone but not actually affecting their mind depends on the person's mindset. Yes some people would be afraid of a dark hound, others not so much.

However Fear Manilulation as a power dies literally the exact same thing mindhax does, only a mere subset of it.

"You're insane"-Resisted

"Your mind breaks under depression"-Resisted

"You feel intense fear over this dragon despite fighting Dark Monsters on a daily"-Not resisted

A person feels fear of something depending on their mindset, in Rakudai a Desperado can force someone, even those who have fought many other blazers, to feel fear for completely unknown reasons, this affecting the mind to feel this way.

If what you're saying is true in that a person feels fear by themselves instead of a desperado forcing it, then Desperados should not have fearhax on their profiles.

Well the point is it goes into a far greater extent and yes i have always agreed before than someone who is stronger than Stella AP wise wouldn't fear her at all.

About desperados, it's a bit weird because "you sense death". There is actually a very good scene with Stella and Desperados in the newest arc so imma post that.

3.688e+17 versus 2.911587465x10^18. On the other hand, Dragon Spirit lets Stella come close to oneshotting, herself. I was just wondering how this works with "someone who is stronger than Stella AP wise wouldn't fear her at all."
 
No, she oneshot herself because ikki used the same force but with a sword. Swords in rakudai negate dura by nature (not all of it, but a fair amount).
 
Cure passion is nearly baseline 7A. Stella is City+

Stella isn't getting one shotted, she's not even 2x stronger
