Well assuming Speed remains unequalized, I think Law might actually win here.
He'd just blitz Sasuke, create a Room, chop him up, take his heart, and crush it.

Oh in that case precog might do the trick and allow Sasuke to keep up, and as long as he can look at him he can hit him with Amaterasu or spam Susanoo arrows clad in Amaterasu.
On the other hand Law can also teleport out of the way and do his shenanigans as long as he can set up a room, and with his speed advantage his chances of doing that are quite high I guess. He doesn't have that many CoO Haki feats that I can remember, but assuming he's a rudimentary user then it might help him keep track of Sauce by sensing him and maybe give him the occasional Precog if he focuses hard enough.

Even with speed Equalized Law's room slashes lack any travel time so I doubt Sasuke is evading without previous knowledge on Law's abilities. Sasuke can go for Genjutsu which if I recall he likes to use early on so both have the means for instant incap which both do IC. Inconclusive for me.

Law has the Dura with Koka, he could block direct attacks from High 7-A's with it and I doubt Sasuke has a big enough AP advantage to one shot Law here

Doesn't matter Law doesn't reply on his physicals for the most part so even if Sasuke can one shot it won't matter since Law isn't gonna engage in close combat. I also don't think Sasuke's first move is to Genjutsu GG right off the bat while Law's opening moves are always his durability negation slashes

I never said Sasuke opens up with Genjutsu as in being the first move in arsenal he'll use from the get go. I said early on, but not as his first option I thought my comment made that pretty clear going off of the word I used. Can i see scans for Sasuke opening with Genjutsu as his very first move against an opponent in this key?

Yeah I don't think the "Key" matters tbh. He's the same character with the same mindset, abilities, and fighting style. The only difference is that everything is enhanced thanks to the EMS, but he'll use Genjutsu without a problem. I was on the fence because I thought it was restricted, but since it's not then I agree with M3X on this.

Although this is irrelevant since the OP has Genjutsu is restricted. Without Genjutsu Law should take this pretty easily since at this point all Sasuke has is AP and no durability negation to my knowledge. Forum move anyway so there's no point in adding shit really.

Completely false. Sasuke didn't use Genjutsu in this key because of circumstances he was. Sasuke was fighting in a war, against two characters (Madara and Obito) that resist Genjutsu, and Jübi, that doesn't have a mind. Both characters are above Sasuke in Genjutsu, since Obito's Genjutsu were comparable to Shisui's Kotoamatsukami and Madara could control Bijüs. His state of mind and morality still the same. He isn't in the same circumstances he was, so he will start with Genjutsu.
