Son Goku (Super Saiyan God) vs Eternal Sailor Neptune

I'd give it to SSG Goku cause he was right on the cusp of being universal in AP and I believe his speed his higher, but I'm not sure about that one. However, I'm basing my choice off of the profiles. (Don't know much about Sailor Moon)

I would go with Goku since he does has the edge in durability and AP and he has IT, not to mention that Sailor Neptune doesn't have any hax like some other sailor scout's do.

Both in 3B forms? Toss up. Goku has a bit more durability but its not higher than Neptunes AP. Speed looks the same. This is going to be a beam spam battle... but since Neptune has a bit more versatility with her illusions I'm going to give it to her 6/10.

Sailor Neptune takes this with mid to high difficulty. I think her higher intelligence will help her against a similar tiered opponent 2nd allow her to best optimize her illusions.

Sailor Scouts use magic, not ki. Goku could probably sense Neptune herself if he focused but he wouldn't be able to sense the non illusion attacks that are coming his way or be able to tell the difference between an attack that could kill him vs one thats fake.

Well all living things has ki, which is the main reason for how the spirit bomb works, also goku was trained to sense someone's ki while blindfolded, and this was when he was a kid mind you, and goku is stated in his profile to be at least 3-B while Neptune in her profile is stated to be just 3-B.

Yeah, I'm gonna go with Neptune. I was talking to someone today, and I've been informed that there's no such thing as at least 3-B, as 3-B has no upper limit.

Also, if illusions are useless, then DB wouldn't have after images.

None of that has anything to do with goku being able to sense magic.

Everything has ki, even the sailor scout's has ki. Without it, they would be dead. So goku can sense her and get through the after images.

The real cal howard: well goku is close to universe level in that form since his clash with beerus almost destroyed the universe.

Since verse is equalized since standred battle assumptions are on so wouldn't that mean Neptune has atleast the bare minimum amount of Ki for her to be alive?

I don't really understand how verse equalization works so I could be wrong

The staff were the one that had goku at a high level of 3-B, which is logical since goku reached the pinnacle of the god form the episode after the universe busting feat.

She has ki, but it doesn't change the fact that her abilities are magical in nature, not ki related. There's even magic in DBZ so there's no excuse to equalize that far. He would be able to sense Neptune by her civilian level ki signature, but his sensing would not let him 'see' magical attacks or be able to determine the difference between 'live' attacks that are real and illusionary attacks or distractions. Since these magical attacks are potent enough to kill him and they have similar speeds, he has to take them seriously and can't just home in on neptune and run right at her.

Goku has a hard time locking in on the Ki of someone he's familiar to, let alone someone he's never met.

Shouldn't Neptune be able to control the water in his body, as she has insane water manipulation abilities and the body is 73% water?

If not that, then she can teleport via her mirror to Goku's back and just beam him over and over again.

My vote's for Neptune.

As far as I know, Neptune doesn't have any spells that involves controlling the body, and goku could blow away the water by just powering up.

She has pretty intense control power of water. I doubt he can knock it away since the water is charged by her magic, unless Goku has powered up and stopped attacks just by powering up on her level before.

If charging up doesn't work, then a ki blast can blow up the water, not to mention goku can use IT kamehameha on her and she'll be severely damaged since goku outclasses her.

goku wins with ease. the sailor moon universe is extremely overrated here, they're at most galaxy level (obd has debunked the universe level+ bullshit)

besides sailor neptune doesn't really have the water hax needed to trump over DC and is slower in combat speed

Go with the profiles, you can't just ignore them because you don't like them. Go make a revision thread if you feel they're wrong. Plus this isn't to do with the max level 'lambda power' neptune, this is the form below that which is drastically less powerful.

I'd like to point out that goku is a saiyan not a human so saying that his body is made up of 73% like a human is just blind assumption on you guys.

Not really. Other than the tail, they have the body composure of normal humans, note the need for air and possibility of getting viruses. It's logical to assume his body is 73% water.

Their body is different because of the tail, which makes them completely different from a human via the oozaru form.

Actually... no. They're genetically compatable. You don't see Half Human / Half Beerus species or Half Human / Half Hit Species. But you do see half Human and Half Sayian, because the species are genetically compatable.

At worst, they're genetically comparable to monkeys, who are approximately the same as humans. Besides, Aparajita's point still stands. The fact that they can crossbreed with humans means that they should be genetically comparable.

@Apar to be fair, that's because Beerus or Hit hasn't fallen in love with a human

Also, while they are genetically compatable, sayians are pretty different (Like SSJs forms, zenkais, way larger strength, and etc. (Not argueing if the water manipulation would work)

that said, has she ever been shown to actually use her water manipulation on a person anyways?

She has the capacity to do so, however she won't. IIRC, she doesn't do it because it takes away free will or some stupid PIS/CIS like that. So it would have to be a bloodlusted thing.

Then that means in character, Neptune's water magic won't do anything to goku since he can destroy the water with his ki blast like he does with any type of projectile.

Then an IT kamehameha catches her off guard. Also goku has a healing factor in this form, so it's even harder for Neptune to put him down.

LTB2000 said:
Then an IT
IT is counted by her Mirror, she'll just be able to teleport to, beside, in front of, or around him. Unlike Goku, she doesn't need a signal of her opponent, getting that close to her would allow her to hit with Submarine Reflection. And Goku can feel how a Kamehameha feels.

Why i think Neptune wins this is versitility. She's better at range than he is and she's about as good at melee via Submarine and Deep Submerge while she has dozens of other attacks that she can pull.

Goku has one of the crappiest healing factors on this site. Mid low is next to useless to an attack of this caliber. I mean, if she fails to finish him within a time limit, it'll be a problem, or if it was a -Mid regen factor, but healing from wounds that would leave large scars isn't really going to be useful.

Yes, water won't leave a scar regardless.

How was it crappy when it saved him from getting killed by Beerus in the fight. And the submarine reflection won't really be helpful if he teleports at her blindside. And he can just use solar flare to give himself a good amount of time to finish her off.

Since their speed is about the same, she'll be able to turn and use Sub before Kam goes off.

He wasn't killed by Beerus because Beerus didn't want to kill him. If he wanted to, he would have killed Goku and everyone else.
