Captain vs. King: Marvel takes on Hyperion (7-0-0)

King Hyperion scales from Sentry who is superior in AP to Superman and Shazam have a similar AP, but maybe some of his magic powers could mean a thread for Hyperion
 
I have to say that Shazam has this. Mostly due to the fact that the Wisdom of Solomon would allow him to learn how Hyperion's powers work and make a solution to combat that.

Plus Shazam scales to Superman in most issues... so yeah.

AP does not matter. King Hyperion's AP is only 1.6x greater than Shazam's.
 
I think I'll vote Shazam via versatility. Not seeing any resistance to magic or even electricity manipulation in King's profile and Shazam's regen is better. (KH's High-Mid is over time)

Ok, one thing a I gotta ask: what can Shazam really do with his magic? I know he has it, is empowered by it but what else?
 
Elemental magic I believe. Thinking about it, magic probably isn't much of a deciding factor as his regen or info analysis but it's a neat trick that'll help him.
 
Shazam's magic allows him to go toe to toe with the likes of the Spectre... though he has to absorb all magic for that to happen.

He also admited that with Zeus's magic, he could see hiden dimensions.
