So that's one vote for Captain America I suppose. Someone also said that Master Chief will be upgraded someday on some unknown date but for now while the tiers are the same I'd like to keep it up.

Skill scalling chain goes brrr. Not only he's a master of every martial arts, but virtually every weapon as well, and he's above Moon Knight, who's the same.

Medium-range is even worse imo, with Cap having Daredevil's level of marksmanship BS, with his aim being natural at this point. And if someone, for some reason, try to catch and use the shield against him, Cap would effortless catch it since no one can do what he can."

I take Chief's wincon will be long ranged, I'd recommend putting Chief at least a dozen meters away. I'd still think Cap would just defend and deflect any shots aimed at him, or straight up dodge.

Chief's only viable wincon is just trying to nuke him with an explosive like the Rocket Launcher or the Incineration Cannon or maybe just trying to blitz him with the Binary Rifle. Everything else is kind of screwed.

Depending on the case, Cap can just duck and protect his entire body with his shield, like he did in AXE.

And oh yeah another underrated advantage I just realized that captain america has, he has vastly superior lifting strength which is really useful for his melee combat and for subduing enemies.

I would just like to remark that Captain America is 4 kilometres away from Master Chief and travel speed is equalized because of SBA. Same with firing speed, Cap has to swing and aim his shield while Master Chief has to just... pull the trigger.

I think this is MASSIVE Taskmaster downplay on par with like, them listing Spider-Man around the same tier as Namor in the Annual. Tasky gets wacky with honestly Supergenius-type combat intelligence in his solo runs that Cap doesn't REMOTELY get on the level of.
