Wow, Four is a trend already!

Anyways, Id say that Four likely wins this given the circumstances considering the fact that Toon Force+LowHigh Regenerationn make up for the gap, and he would most likely BFR Bender to the EXIT, not even his ghost could survive the BFR. Take note that the range is about 2 meters.

about BFR Coudn't Bender just Time Travel to Before he was BFR'ed
 
Screeching at Bender would probably be the closest thing to do then, as it has the tendency to KO people who are near it. And is there any way he could handle this?

ya if four uses that then Bender is Dead GG, Voted Counted 1-0
 
Its Size Manipulation up to Type 4 pretty much. And since Four can interact with non-physical things (Shown with Black Hole, in which these things are Non-Physical), there is no way Bender can do anything about it.
