Archie Knuckles vs Bill Cipher

Also, is Knuckles allowed his Chaos powers (Chaos Knuckles) or is it just the rough and tumble Knuckles?
 
Well, base Knuckles does have some control over Chaos Energy in Base. I think I remember it was implied Archie Knuckles had the same level of control over Chaos Energy as inhibitor ring Shadow.

Oh right. Low 2-C would keep Knuckles at Base. Nevermind about Chaos Knuckles then.
 
I mean, all Guardians have control over Chaos energy, like Knuckles's father Locke. Knuckles's abilities like Flight come from manipulating Chaos energy, but I think things like flight are passive controlled. Passive, I mean, I don't think when Knuckles uses flight, he is aware he is using the Chaos Force. At least in the beginning.

Also, in a more obvious moment of Base Knuckles Manipulating the Chaos Force, was in Sonic Universe when he and Dr. Finitevus tangled. Dr. Finitevus was shown to use the power of the Master Emerald before in his benefit and Knuckles matched him.

I'd imagine Knuckles hurting Bill a lot with just his fists. Base Archie Knuckles almost broke through a de-powered Egg Wily Machine X, and i'm sure the de-powered EWMX is more durable than the Mystery Shack that Bill fought.
 
The only reason Bill couldn't hurt the Mystery Shack because of its unique resistance to Bill, not a show of it's durability, as Bill was able deal with its legs pretty quickly.
 
I suppose knuckles can win if things go very right for him but Bill more times than not snaps

I think it is only a stomp if a character has absolutely no way of winning at all but since he probably could kill bill it is probably not a stomp I guess
 
Yeah. I dont agree with how we handle stomps on this site at all.

But by going with the current rules, since Knuckles technically has win cons and there is a chance Bill doesn't snap, then it's not a stomp
 
Time for me to vote then.

Bill FRA

Base Knuckles may have only been atomized by a 2-A, but there is no evidence he can resistance atomization in general.
 
Does Archie Base Knuckles has resistance to Bill's transmutation? Because if not, then Bill immediately can turn Knux into a rag or anything else he wishes.

If he doesn't than Bill FRA If he can resist it then idk

Don't. Only staff members can close threads. It's a violation for normal users to close threads. Just notify a staff member and they'll close it for you.
 
It's not a stomp. Again, I don't agree with it, but the rules are that if two characters can win, but one is simply always faster it's still not a stomp. If transmutation was passive then yeah sure it's a stomp but Knuckles technically has a chance to win so it's not a stomp

Again I don't agree with it, but those are the rules

This is of course assuming Knuckles has take down Bill theoretically
 
I don't think the transmutation is passive/ instantaneous, but it does happen very fast so even If it's not technically a stomp, Knuckles still has a very small chance to win this.
 
Knuckles has Mind Manipulation with the Chaos Force, which Bill doesn't resist. Thats one of his wincons. This is fair
