Thunder's team is up for elimination, and he must assemble or he will tremble. However, of course, he'd rather tremble. Four doesn't fancy refusal of his rules.

Why is Four in the spotlight recently? xD

Anyway, Four sends McQueen to the EXIT, incapping McQueen, unless that won't solve the problem from another reason.

Anywho, Four would easily go bypass the Highway to Hell via BFR, which pretty much sucks him into his pocket dimension, making this win in Four's favor. And yes, that would usually be in character for Four to do so, which he does numerous times while eliminating somebody. Voting Four.
 
After Sans's fight, even if Mcqueen has Death Manipulation, Four has to many tricks to be worried about that.

Point is, if Sans is determined to not be able to avoid Four's abilities for long, I doubt McQueen would be able to.
 
Wow, I just peeked into McQueen's win/lose ratio. Did that man do something to be abused?

I think it's something to do with people being tired of Thunder stalemating characters several tiers above him due to a technicality.
