Kurumi Tokisaki vs Ekko

If it does not work instantly he can go back in time to before it was used. Or shatter the current timelines possibilites.

Or time stop as stated above.

he does have the AP advantage but if he uses time winder she gets one shot cause durability neg(not added yet).

kreygasm

So neither of them resist time manipulation, which is... hilariously dumb.

Spatial Quakes take a whole lot of time to set up, so Ekko will have to use his Rewind in order to avoid them whenever possible. I could assume he'd notice the massive death beam in the sky and choose not to stay around for it.

Kurumi has cloning and life draining, but Ekko has constant time rewinds and around a x2 AP lead. Not to mention, with the blade, Ekko will very easily be able to kill Kurumi- if he hits the real one.

Comatose, how is Ekko dealing with that?
Ah yea, that.

If Kurumi leads with it instantly, Ekko may be a little ******. Though at the same time, Kurumi very often doesn't start with it, so that works, too.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh that changes things.

About what Kurumi lead...

She use CDT in all her fight instantanously, when it wont work (like when she fight Full form Spirits or SS Wizards) she start with Time acceleration to blitz the opponent and finally Time stop him and neutralize him (this video is an exemple) (she also used this move with clone spam)

It is still a possibility. So, for example, she could lead with CoDT or other thing.

About the Kurumi and Misogi match, I don't like to comment about that one because is other thread, the result could change, but she can lead with that, so I'm not too sure how to treat that.

Ekko can stop time at the use of CDT and then atatck with timewinder. He can also accelerate his own time as well as decelerate the enemy.

The thing is, she very often fights full form spirits/wizards.

And Ekko is loaded with enough tech that she will probably make the decent guess that he is at least someone of relative power.

It's possible she leads with it, but Ekko can, if fast enough, restart and retry if she does.

How would Ekko restart if he is affected by CDT? Has he ever shown to do that while in state similar to comatose?

then I vote inconclusive, if Ekko starts with timestop it is gg for him but if she uses CDT first then she wins.

Wait when was it instant? I recall people took a few seconds to go to sleep.

I remember that in the novels was instant. And even if it take some seconds, both activate their abilities almost instantly later Ekko enters in comatose.

From the LN, yep

At the moment he was about to touch Shidou, there was a sudden sound, and he was sucked towards the ground by an unknown force. "Eh…?" Shidou let out a surprised noise -- and immediately pressed his knees. The moment when the men were sucked into the ground, a strong sense of tiredness washed over him. "This, this is…" Shidou used his entire body's weight, before being able to maintain the posture he had, squeezed out a noise. Looking in front, the men that had surrounded Shidou, were all on the floor, in painful moans. And then, the surroundings that were supposed to be lighted by the street lights, were surrounded by a layer of darkness. This was a familiar feeling. That's right. Three months ago - during the period Kurumi attended school, Shidou had experienced it before. [7B 1] "<City of Devouring Time> …?" "- Uhe, hehehe. That's right. It's good that you remember it, Shidou-san." Kurumi twisted her lips, as she looked at Shidou. The left eye that was emblazoned with a clock, was quickly ticking backwards. <City of Devouring Time>. Every time she used her Angel's abilities, Kurumi would have to use up some of her own [Time]. This is how she replenished her [Time]. Letting the people who stepped into her shadow enter a comatose state, absorbing their [Time] - that is, their life

if time is frozen the ability wont work.

and also ekko can just rewind time on himself of break the universes' possibility.

If it takes a few seconds then my vote changes to Ekko.

Ekko rewinds that tho, it has to be instant

Yeaa, Inconclusive seems right.

There is the equal possibility that both go for their hax, but also possibilities that they lead with other things. Kurumi could lead with her own time stop or clones, and Ekko could lead with attacking w/o Time Stop.

Incon. Each has one move that wins instantly, and various other moves that put them on near-equal footing until the winning move is used.
