Rayquaza has to just not die, and Guy will just die in the process due to the nature of the 8th Gate. Flight advantage and much better range will help with that. Also, Extremespeed.

Yeah, Rayquaza has to merely avoid Guy until the 8 Gates naturally takes it's toll. I mean, it would likely throw some attacks in there anyway, but still, Rayquaza is far faster anyway, and should be fine with avoiding Guy's attacks.

And that is all without taking Extremespeed into account.

From what I gather, Rayquaza can basically win without doing anything? Nice. He can probably just stay in the air and spam hyperbeams/other long ranged attacks all day regardless.

i'd say rayquaza for now cause he may maintain a far distance from guy and fire long range attacks and also reasons above
