I don't even know if the feats are of those tiers. Also I want someone with knowledge in this area to tell me how strong Tsukasa's feats are, I presume casually smashing stones and severing a human / lion cervical vertebrae are at the very least high street-level but I'm not sure how high it's.

Tsukasa's speed needs to be upgraded. 200 km/h should have gotten him Subsonic, not SuperHuman.

I would probably change his tiering and speed, but other than that it seems fine.

I could be considered "knowledgeable", and I was the one who created Senku's profile. I've pretty much read the entire manga and am still continuing to read new releases. Tsukasa's tiering is wonky because he's survived a gunpowder blast point-blank before, punched through stone, etc.
