William Birkin downgrade

I think G1 should be downgraded to "At least 9-B", since the scaling to the Tyrant is pretty much unfounded.

As you can see, Leon is capable of physically resisting a direct assault in a cutscene. Something that would have killed him if it were the Tyrant. This is what a Tyrant can do to a Human.

Leon is never directly hit by this Tyrant, but he is hit by Birkin (G1). Therefore, I think it should be okay to downgrade Birkin's first stage to "At least 9-B (can kill several armed soldiers as well as fight Leon)" in both AP and Dura.

Later transformations should remain 9-A as Birkin clearly becomes much stronger.
 
That could be okay, yes.

"At least 9-B, possibly 9-A" (capable of quickly killing the Umbrella Corps, and overpowering Leon with ease, should not be much weaker than the Tyrant).

Eh, It may work.
 
At least 9-B, possibly 9-A sounds about right.

G1 Birkin's feats is fairly inferior to the Tyrant, since walking through and destroying concrete walls > smashing through a metal grate. So him downscaling to Tyrant makes sense.
