Yes but he has to get away from Woody in order to do that and considering they are both bloodlusted, I doubt Woody would even let him get to the things he needs. What you are describing is fixing advanced tech not making a superweapon out of household junk.

Either way, Greymatter FRA. Greymatter's intellect would allow him to just build something out of the materials around to fry Woody.
Plus, it's also been stated that Galvans have 'outlasted and outlived many of their predators' just through their intellect alone. While we don't see many of their predators, if they are physically comaprable to the one that we do see, then they would outclass Woody by several leagues. Not to mention, the one Galvan predator that we do see was only said to be a bigger threat because of it's intelligence, not specifically because of it's overwhelming strength.
We've also seen Galvans keep up with creatures that can overwhelm and hunt down Humongasaur, who is several tiers above Woody. Greymatter wins.

Woody should be able to kill him before he can build anything. However, GM has a strength feat listed, while Woody doesn't. Could he possibly use it to push away Woody and make a weapon? That is, unless we can find a better LS feat for Woody.
