Although is possession counted ? Cause if not he can just use 545 to posses him int hat case it's still a stomp tho

Accel has knowledge of HTV and know how it works but don't have prep.
 
I don't think there's grace period for inconclusive matches.
 
I've checked a lot of inconclusive matches on character's profiles. And when inconclusive got 7 votes, all threads stated that the results should be added immediately to their profiles.
 
That's fine. It's probably for the best because a mod is 100% more reliable than a newbie like me.
