I want to talk about a possibly new key for God Quarry Thanos. First of all, God Quarry is the place where gods goes to die and still holds their power [1]. So, after Thanos completed the quest, he gained not only his full power back, but the power of those gods and takes advantage on Phoenix powered Thane [2].
Not only that, but he threathens to kill the witches [3], by their reaction seems like he could. Keep in mind that before the God Quarry they called him weak and didn't care abouts his threats [4]. The witches were strong enough to easily banish the Phoenix Force [5] and defeat Death [6].
He also should get scalling from Old King Thanos. I know he is kinda controversial, but if you put in mind that he is the God Quarry Thanos in the future, and his powers grows with time [7], his feats makes total sense.
