Bill Cipher vs. Lucy

I mean Bill could try to blow up the universe to kill Lucy but Lucy just has the advantage as her higher-dimensional nature negs Bill's hax and her precog screws him over.

Bill has a possible win by doing this, as Lucy kinda does bare minimum with her precog.

How in-character is it for him to do that? Like has he ever done that or displayed that he would logically do that?
 
This seems stompish for me and most of my gifts don't get this far so I didn't bother doing anything about it
 
I think, Bill is stronger than she. Just because he got more abilities and powers. Also, Bill potentially has a higher tier. Just because he probably is a threat to INFINITY mullriverse (that also got 7-11 dimensional universes). All in all, Bill is possibly can be high 1-C character, as well. Also, they maybe, survive, but died for another reasons. Also, Bill Cipher began Weirdmaggedon long ago (and failed because of Wheel). So, I think, he perhaps destroyed those aliens.
 
Imagine being 1-C but dying in a 3D crash.Also being a threat to something doesn't mean you can destroy it. He is a threat to INFINITY Multiverse. If he can only destroy one or more verses doesn't make him a threat just because the Multiverse is infinity. The infinity Multiverse have infinity copies of verses those Bill can destroy via Weirmaggedon.

Being a threat again doesn't mean you can destroy it.I can be a threat to a country but does that mean I can destroy it? No it doesn't.

When has it ever been implied that Weirdmagedon can destroy infinite universes it can only warp and effect one.

Headcanon doesn't equal facts the aliens have been dead and died on impact as stated by Ford your just making stuff up.
