Anyway, Shido completly destroy her in like all category and haxstomp into oblivion, he could just use Michael to Lock her power, Haniel to transmute into oblivion, Gabriel to Mindhax, Zafkiel to Time stop, Zadkiel to Absolute Zero ect.. Plus the fact that she can use thos hax at the same time isn't help the cure.
He stomp.

It's social influencing. She wins in the attack potency and speed departments (though I may equalise the latter).

No, those kind of feat are Mind manipulation as she use ability to make this, and yes, the speed need to be equalized, and the fact that it affect mind mean that you can resist it with a good resistance.The God Of Procrastination said:

Social Influencing is an entirely different (though similar) thing. If Shido can't be hurt, then I see no problem with leaving it unequalised.

Which it isn't as she use an ability plus, if those influence are enough to act like a mind maniopulation, i see no problem to people who have strong will or mind resistance to resist.The God Of Procrastination said:

She wasn't using her mind powers, Rikka even explicitly calls it "charm." Talk no jutsu is perfectly effective against him, as shown with Kurumi and the Yami twins. She would have to slow down in order for Shido to be able to see it, which I'm not sure if she'd think to do

Really not, we see some heart attacks influence in the video, you can still call an attack "charm" it's still an attack, Shidou aren't been affected by talk no jutsu, that the reverse. and even if this can affect him, she use Law hax to make ineffective opponent's ability/instantanously seal their power, plus at a distance like 4 Km, it's not gonna work
So eather she bliz or get stomped, i'll ask a mod to close this then.

A blitz isn't a stomp if you can't kill your opponent. If anything, Shido stomps via everything else. Wait, does he have his own "I am invulnerable" law? It isn't mentioned on his profile.
