Okay, this is going to be interesting. On one hand, we have the deadliest fictional bacteria, which caused humanity to go extinct (yet it can be cured). On the other hand, we have Naegleria Fowleri, the deadliest real-life amoeba (95% fatality rate whether the disease it causes is treated or not) and a natural predator of bacteria. I, for once, am not sure if I need to equalize speed or not; then again, I think Plague Inc over there just accomplished the task of going worldwide through duplication and hitching onto stuff, so we'll just be going SBA here.
