2. Can she even do anything to stella? Stella's empress dress is a 8-C shield made of fire that burns at 3k degrees. Can she bypass that?
 
She uses teleportation on a target, and sends them somewhere.

Not at all. She used it on a cargo ship once, but never on an opponent.
