Mephiles vs Destoroyah

Wow, one of my all-time favorite kaiju vs my favorite Soni villain.

This has to be a conspiracy

Curiously, I was planning to re-vise Dez's profile, but the match wouldn't change much.
 
Destroyah could potentially just kill Mephiles with micro oxygen attacks before he could create multiple clones to overwhelm Destroyah so I'll vote for him
 
Can't Destroyah disassemble and reassemble at will to deal with clones anyway? Considering how massive he is, there will be a lot of them.

But I'm pretty sure Mephiles has some hax to make the whole thing trivial. If not...things aren't looking good.
 
Destoroyah is too large to BFR when he is into his Perfect Form.

Destroroah spams the beam, so he can also take down a large number of Mephiles(es). He can also divide into multiple forms if he gets in trouble.
 
How far into 5-B is Destroroah? Also how many duplicates can he spawn (or divide into)?

Do Destroroah's beams have a large AoE? If not they won't be able to efficiently cut down the hundreds of Mephiles clones.

Additionally, Mephiles can hide himself in Destroroah's shadow to avoid the beams.
 
Destoroyah could damage Burning Goji near his peak who's far superior to his previous self who took on both Mothra and Battra at once who're each 267 zettatons. At least I think.
 
He is >>>>> a guy who did a 265 Teratons feat. it depends on which forms he decides to split into. Several for the ones more comparable to himself, hundreds to thousands for the weaker ones. Trillions if you count the microscopic ones, but he never does so.

His AoE isn't particularly large, but due to his sheer size and range, flying around and doing beam-swipes is very effective.
 
Mephiles is at lot more powerful then. He should be able to ward off Destoroyah's beams with his force-fields.

I'll vote Mephiles via survivability (can continuously produce more and more clones of himself, merge with the surrounding darkness to avoid attacks, and produce force-fields), and AP (will inevitably wear Destoroyah down through repeated attacks).
 
Destroyah completely repaired whatever damage Godzilla could inflict by breaking apart and recombining. This is while being subjected to extreme temperatures, which is his main weakness. It's hard to just wear him down.

There's also DNA absorption although that's where things get foggy.

Destroyah has Low-Mid Regen. Getting pelted by numerous energy spears by numerous Mephiles(es) each with AP exceeding its durability will eventually rip it to shreds.

How exactly will the DNA Absorption work?

IIRC, by breaking down things with Oxygen Destroyer, Destroyah can assimilate the result and upgrade itself.

The problem is that Mephiles is kinda weird and if Destroyah does get an opportunity somehow (depends on how the forcefield fares against Oxygen Destroyer), there's absolutely no way to predict the outcome. It could easily overcome whatever gap there is in stats, do nothing serious here or anything in between.
 
I don know if Mephiles has DNA though.

I may have found a Low-High feat, though I'll let the match continue and bring it up another time in a CRT.
 
I'm surprised it doesn't have that considering that it is made of microscopic organisms perfectly capable of reproduction and killing larger creatures. Then again, that might not be applicable as being reduced to a small number of organisms would mean what's left could be destroyed just as easily.
