Seeing as the Super Manga is now 2 universes might as well make this

Neither have any hax to shut the other down really so it come down to CQC. I’m fairly certain Sonic’s the more skilled combatant here and higher LS skewers it in his favour on top being smaller and harder to tag. He also negates Goku’s initial strength advantage with AD. Like I’m fairly certain the only thing Goku has going for him is flight and maybe TK but in character he would definitely resort to just throwing hands. This seems stompish for Sonic tbh

Do we assume he’s always jumping in power like that? If so will he still continue growing that fast even after closing the gap?

Sonic has Ring Time to turn Goku into rings, or he can use Chaos Control to BFR Goku beyond his range

Or knockout, which would mean is via getting one of them unconscious.

It says victory by knockout so I assumed Sonic wouldn’t resort to those + isn’t ring time from Generations? OP specifies free riders Sonic. Don’t think we ever see Sonic use Ring time in character too.

I also take issue CC as a wincon. Sonic rarely uses CC in base and at that doubt he’d use it to BFR Goku to cheaply end the fight since they’re still in character, something he’s never actually done on an opponent if I’m correct.

By meeting someone stronger, do you mean being by their presence alone or actively seeing their strength in action? If so then maybe Goku could knock him out though I’m sure Sonic could dodge him and AD even in that scenario, so still a stomp.

Even without that Sonic also passive grows faster via every step, grow stronger by the second and on top of that he grows more skilled as quickly as he grows strong, so like... Goku can't even outskill here

Damn that’s busted. I don’t know how you’d quantify that skill growth though. At the very least for power Goku should somewhat keep up even after Sonic outgrows him since he was fighting Broly in Super Saiyan while Broly was doing fine against SSG Vegeta. The large power gap wouldn’t be the main issue rather the fact that Goku’s essentially facing a Broly who on top of growing stronger and faster becomes more skilled lol.

So I guess that leaves Goku with using pressure points ig? They’re listed as being able to knock people out and even though it’s out of character could also be a last ditch option. If Sonic doesn’t have some weird alien physiology then maybe Goku could land it and probably has the precision to tag Sonic up until he outgrows and spams spindash.

I’ll vote for Sonic for now since this may not be a total stomp if Goku has an opening to land the pressure point strikes

Yeahhh I doubt Goku’s going to be pressuring Sonic that much to use it if he wasn’t tempted to use it against most of his foes who’ve done worse. Not to mention Sonic is the more skilled combatant from the get go, right?

At that point, Goku just gets blitzed. I’m not sure that makes the other guy more skilled - it’s just that Goku can’t do anything when he’s stuck in Matrix-style slow-mo from Sonic's perspective.

Semantics aside, yeah this is probably a blitzstomp.

Edit; Curious if Manga Dyspo would be better here.

Sonic doesn't get more proportionately skilled as he gets stronger, you can't just say that because fighting skill is in their AD then it means it applies in such a way.

And the Classic Sonic vs Egg Dragoon in Forces is not an example that helps it, if you were gonna go there.

Isn't sonic's boost almost a blitz level amp? Sonic also has rougly 20x more LS than Goku.
Also.. his AD is absolutely busted.

What does make Sonic more skilled, considering Goku is also >>>> the level of “master of all martial arts” in the same vein as Sonic.
