If this is not a "friendly spar" and both of them are going at it with the mindset to utterly kill the opponents and hate the other with passion, etc etc, and take the big guns from the very beginning, I say : can Rimuru resist an at least 1-B EE? If yes then we can go on thoroughly with this fight I guess.
