Excelio's black hole has very thick red boundary surrounding it. After reading through SB forums again, I picked up a theory on what is the Thick Red Boundary on surface of Excelio's black hole.

Now you understand what the Red thing is? Yes, I'm referring to Holographic Principle. The more information is eaten by the black hole, the thicker it's Red Boundary is.
And Excelio's Boundary is very thick. Its almost it is stuffed with millions worth of Space Monsters data.
What does this mean? This means high level of Regen, almost like Type 8 Immortality in fact. Why? Because after millions of SMs are eaten by 80 AU blackhole, they've changed state to Pure Information, encoded on the Surface of the black hole.
Then Excelio Variable Gravity Well happened. Even when SM have no atoms to speak of, and are trapped, encoded as mere information of the black hole's surface, they managed to ressurrect themselves by manipulating pure information on the black hole's surface.
Information cannot be created nor destroyed. This means Excelio is effectively undestroyable unless if you can Reality Warp whole Universe to subscribe to different laws, as it can always reconstruct his own information again and again.

In short, the only way to kill Excelio is to retcon Excelio to never exist in the first place. Because any physical attempt at erasing Excelio will always leave traces, causality leading one thing to another which can be used to trace back to Excelio's original information.
There's another way. See, Thick Red Boundary on Excelio's blackhole is Excelio's pure information, by destroying that information, you destroy Excelio. Pretty simple. The information is encoded on Event Horizon on the black hole, so you need to destroy the Event Horizon of Excelio's black hole to permanently erase its information forever.
That's what Nono and Lal'C did. They destroyed Excelio's Event Horizon along with information of Excelio. Excelio can never reconstruct now.

So what do you think? I was thinking of making Type 8 Immortality revision thread for Excelio.
Lal'C and Nono can destroy Event Horizon and the information inside, they blatantly violate quantum mechanics in outrageous way by actually 'destroying information'... an event that almost destroyed the universe.
So maybe I'd propose for 'Existence Erasure', info manip for Nono and LalC.
