Also this match already in my mind for long time, it just i don't have any time to make it due of how many matches idea i have but now here we are, at first i wanna use Inferno but then again "use other characters" so welp, Algol is choosen, let's see how this will go!!

I'm asking if Algol has a counter to the Soul Suck since that's an important part of the debate

If your word are true, but the expert like Dragon is refusing to come since he sick AF with hax match, Hel is just an casual from what i see so he is not true expert
 
I just realize something, Is Algol counted as "SC characters who not using so many hax in character"? If yes then should i bloodlust him?
 
it's still a reasoning nonetheless. unless there's an opposing argument on how it shouldn't work, that's a valid reasoning

what's the mechanic of his bfr though? does he need to physically send someone into the realm or he can do something like point his finger and the other dude is banished type of bfr?
 
Well, Wilhelm uses Der Rosenkavalier and drains Algol's soul and everything caught in his range until Algol is done for.

The more Wilhelm has his Briah activated the stronger he becomes while Algol becomes weaker with each second pasing and since every attack Wilhelm does deals soul damage the process will be very fast.

Algol can't deal enough soul damage to bypass his resistances and they should be even in AP since Wilhelm can tango with Methu.

Algol can win by BFR, Reality Warp or seal Wilhelm but I dunno how those works or if they are in character to begin with and can somewhat tank the effects of Der Rosenkavalier thanks to his great will.


In short I vote for Wilhelm and while Der Rosenkavalier can be somewhat resisted the stakes that come from all places will do the trick and Wilhelm can just teleport inside his briah to safe places to evade something truly dangerous.
 
Tbh since no one giving an actual debate/ counter argument make me feels uncomfortable right now. Yeah Tony just giving an argument but the debate of it/counter aegument?

I might gonna bloodlust Algol.just in case he not use any of his hax in character

That's because no one here knows Soul Caliber.

And I am pretty sure bloodlusting Algol would make this a stomp.


Anyway, under the current conditions, I agree with Tony's reasoning.

I mean, there is a reason we have to wait for 7 votes and then a grace period of 24 hours, if no one comes to debunk me or give reasonings to why Algol wins there is no need for you to feel bad.

And that's the reason why i feels bad, debate that one side give an argument and goes into seven vote while the other side doesn't give any rebuttal until it end is so sour to my heart
 
Just contacting JSW and Sheev, the only last hope i got for them, if neither are them knowledge well or not come that's it, Wilhelm trash.
 
They seem to match each other a bit too well for me to say decisively, both have similar hax both on the offensive and defensive side of things. I'm going inconclusive.
