Diablo, Carrera, Testarossa,Crimson, Ultima. and Guy's two maids are the original demons IIRC.
 
They are the rulers and originators of demons basically, they are pretty ancient, heard somewhere they existed since the beginning of time, though idk if that's true.

There are 7 of them, each go by a color, Diablo is Noir for example, demons all fall under factions of each primordial for example Beretta is a demon who is from Diablo's faction, demons from his faction are all apparently weird/eccentric.

Primoridals are the strongest demons, Diablo stomped an arc demon, and Razen who had strength beyond an arc demon before even being named, so he is easily demon lord level.

Carrera who is unnamed is a threat to Leon's entire continent, so yea they are easily among the strongest in the world, from what i have heard Diablo is stronger than Rimuru currently.

Also heard it's pretty hard to kill a primordial since they can come back from mind+soul destruction, but it's hearsay so take it with a grain of salt.
 
I want to know how the "insect race" are the "Counter" of the Demon race and why (one of the reason) Diablo cant fight Lazul (by spoilers from the Vol 10 or 11 in the LN).
 
Is Diablo actually stronger than Rimuru in the LN though? At least in terms of Magicules that shouldn't be the case, considering Rimuru could name him. Also Rimuru seems to be rather paranoid about giving away information about his powers and presented himself as weaker than he actually is. If the claim that Rimuru is weaker doesn't come from Raphael, then it's unlikely to be true. Rimuru himself often shows the tendency to underestimate himself after all.

I mean imagine True Demon Lord Rimuru using auto-battle mode with Raphael... without restraints...

Also in vol. 14 the named Daemon Girls got beaten one-sidedly by Velgrynd, appearently. vol. 15 would be, hopefully, Rimuru's counterattack after already having gotten outplayed by the Eastern Empire once. Considering he lost his connection to Veldora, who is now under mind control, Rimuru sort of needs a win now.
 
From what i have heard, Diablo is stronger than the Daemon Girls so don't think that means much, in terms of whether he is stronger than Rimuru, i have just heard ppl say it, they pretty much say Diablo=Zegion=Veldora, and we all know Veldora>Rimuru.

Obviously it's not translated yet, so take it with a grain of salt of course.
 
Actually Rimuru being weaker than Veldora shouldn't neccessarily be true in every sense of the word. Chloe's/Hinata's Infinite Prison barrier was able to completely negate damage from Veldora, which is true for both WN and LN version from what I saw, and Rimuru got that for himself now.

There are also rather subtle scenes of Rimuru holding back power even in critical moments like his LN vol. 6 fight against Milim. Despite talking about how dangerous her attacks are, to the point of exhausting his magicule stores, he persisted in not revealing any Ultimate Skills beside Beelzbuth, i.e. he didn't reveal Uriel's full-powered defensive barrier.
 
Infinite Prison is hax so i wouldn't count that in terms of pure ap, i think Veldora has more magicules, obviously with all his hax Rimuru could maybe do something against him.

Though even with all the hax, pretty sure LN Rimuru isn't doing jack to a serious Milim atm.

Regardless though since we don't even have all the info out to go off of, it's not really worth debating who is stronger atm until we get all the info.
 
gii said beretta is an outcast ( because as a demon he chose to serve weaker master ), it's kinda implied that diablo is an outcast too . so most likely diablo is stronger than rimuru
 
I don't know... Rimuru's naming still worked on Diablo like normal though, although it was the most magicule-costly naming he ever did. Also LN Rimuru seems to have taken the "hide your powers" rule quite seriously. I mean despite the dramatics, Rimuru said he could heal even from getting "shattered" by Milim, but he still didn't reveal his true powers. Maybe subconciously he knew the truth about Milim and was just in denial about it though, like with Karion and his mask.

There are spoilers that in the previous timeline of the LN, Rimuru appearently got revived by some Deus Ex Machina of Great Sage and interacted with Chloe and even supposedly reached as stronger power level than he reached by the time of LN vol. 11

And this is something that bothered me even in the WN, but Chloe's Ultimate Skill is part of the Cthulu series, and the only ones with Cthulu series Ultimate Skills are those whose Ultimate Skills got modified by Ciel. Something to think about...

BTW, seems like LN vol. 7 FanTL release will be postponed to either Late May or Early June

Wasn't it only Daemons with magic resistance, because they are magicule creatures? I don't remember anything about ElementalsSpirits or Angels having any sort of notable innate magic resistance.

It's the opposite. It's magic that enables anyone to actually damage the otherwise intangible Spiritual Beings. Daemons are tougher because they resist the most commonly used Aspectual Magic. On the other hand I am not sure if they can resist Spirit Magic. Probably not. In turn Spirit Magic probably works on Daemons well and Elementals like Ifrit can probably resist most Spirit Magic, and for Angels there's the Holy/Sacred Magic.

But it's difficult to evaluate these things. There's supposedly a 3-way Rock-Paper-Scissors relationship between the 3 Spiritual Types.

Angels are strong against Elementals, Elementals are strong against Daemons and Daemons are strong against Angels, or so it's stated in LN vol. 5.

But it doesn't seem that this same relationship applies to the different forms of magic.
 
see so leon (with his spirit of light) is superior than deamons by nature but.. how can nameless carrera still a big threat to him ? is this daemon really that dangerous ? hmm..
 
Well, Raizen tried to beat nameless Diablo with a Superior Spirit too. You can guess how that went...

Even before the War Gnome Razen summoned, the demon was completely unfazed.

"…it is too young."

When did it even move? Even with his senses turned up to maximum, Razen couldn't trace the demon's actions fast enough. A large hole opened up in the knight's strong crystalline armor as a beautiful hand sliced through the spirit's core, grabbed it, tossed it in its mouth, and chomped down upon it with a frightful crunch.

"There, you see?" The demon snickered at Razen. "It lacks experience that can only be accumulated over years. A puppet like that, nothing but pure strength, is a pushover for me."

"You're kidding! That was a spirit! A greater spirit!!"

Having his trump card killed instantly put Razen in a state of near panic. Every fiber of his brain told him this was impossible. It just made no sense. A spirit easily the equal of a Greater Demon, not only facing difficulty but being wiped out in one shot.

As for nameless Carrera... did she actually ever fight Leon directly? Couldn't the reason Leon is so wary of her be that she spams AoE magic on his continent when he isn't around in that particular area?
 
Really need to catch up with the LN. Have no idea what's being talked about a majority of the time...

Who knows, I'll likely find a bucketload of feats that were skipped over.
 
@Sheska444 We don't really know the relationship between unnamed Primordials and True Demon Lords, all i have heard is that Leon sealed Carera cause she could sink his entire continent, so who knows who is stronger atm, considering normal Primordials not named Diablo or Guy can't beat True Dragons, i estimate their power around True Demon Lord named, but maybe they are stronger and are in between True dragons and True Demons Lords named? Idk, we don't have enough info to go off.

So... will the Rimuru WN page be unlocked, since according to Elizhaa, the rule to sysop-lock Tiers 2, 1 and 0 was changed to only affect Tiers 1 and 0?
 
Rechecked, more than 20 would need to be edited counting the ln profiles, gonna do the ln profiles for now.
