Stats and speed are equalized to 8-C and baseline Massively Hypersonic

This does not apply to attacks with set speeds or tiers separate from the character, and will stay that tier until it is caught up to, at which point it simply becomes significantly stronger/faster than normal attacks

Stat and speed boosts are capped at 100x for now
 
Akuma looks at the Statue of Liberty with a face of absolute confusion. "What. Like, I like the design but still, what?"
 
"Well i'll check out the inside with you, lead the way Michael." He says while gesturing towards the statue
 
Eden follows Michael into the statue and begins looking around with him.

[So I know you said we have everything on the character's profile but does that include their equipment. Like would I have a naginata, katana, bow and Deku's special shoes?]
 
"I mean...they replaced it with some...anime girl." Destiny frowned as she crossed her arms over her chest. The hell did they do to it? "This is just...weird. Who did this..?"
 
"Ummmmm....I'd break that wall to find out who, but that's unfair. Oh, yes, I'm still aware!" He then said. "But really, why, when, how, where?"
 
"I...very much doubt it. This world doesn't seem...too different from my own. No one looks like cartoon people either, to be fair..." she shook her head and looked around her. "Well, maybe it was someone with Powers like us, though?"
 
"Nobody here looks like...a cartoon?" He said. You could pinpoint the exact second his heart broke-nah, he was just slightly nerved. "Excuse me, nobody?"
 
"I mean, perhaps present company like us could be put aside but..." Destiny frowned as she pulled onto a nearby chair and sat down, staring at the statue. "This is just...strange..."
 
"Yeah, I thought so. Anyways, this is...iffy. I'd talk to the guy running this, but eh." He decided to hold off for now. "Any...other monuments you'd like to see?"
 
After training for like 12 hours, That Guy was tired. He had trolled through long tabletop games before, but those didn't involve feeble things like actual physical effort.

To remedy his fatigue, That Guy decided to break into the home of a nearby stoner, strangle the homeowner with his cheeto hands, and sleep on his couch as the poor man experienced brain death
 
"I don't think anyone runs the Statue of Liberty." Destiny rolled her eyes before sitting back up from the chair. "I think I'm just going to go to the library now...wherever there's one nearby,"
 
"I'm coming with you Destiny! It's not safe for a little girl like you to go to a city as crowded as this one alone"
