One gun Jojo faces off against the other gun Jojo

Mista is definitely smarter. That gives him an advantage.

Mista is fearless while Hol Horse is cowardly. That gives him another advantage.

Mista has experience doing things solo while Hol Horse doesn't. Another advantage.

Hol Horse states that his gun wouldn't be able to hit from this far, and that even if it did, it wouldn't hit with a lot of force. Mista nailed Carne from this far. This one's kinda hard to tell but I think it should give him a range advantage as well.

Combine this with Mista's supernatural luck and I think he's got this. Even if Hol Horse's bullets hit him, he should be able to survive just long enough to get a few well-placed bullets in, because Hol Horse's bullets get weaker with distance, while Mista's don't, even over similar distances.

I should also mention that Mista has much more resolve, and at times he has kept his cool even when bullets were flying right at him. Hol Horse fled from Polnareff and Kakyoin once he finally realized the Hanged Man had been dealt with.

The second time he appears the shoots many bullets much farther than that with enough force to kill someone. He also has infinite bullets and Mista's luck is a non-factor due to how it only happened once. I vote Hol Horse.

I'm assuming you're referring to the time Hol Horse shot the bullets out of a pipe and accidentally made them do a U-turn, hitting himself? That was because the bullets came back within range, allowing them to hit with full force.

Point taken on Mista's luck, but Hol Horse's bullets still won't be able to land or hit with much force. Hol Horse would be able to shoot first due to his ability to summon the gun into his hand, but it won't hit very hard and he'll have to get closer, giving Mista an even bigger advantage.

I don't really don't see the difference in distance from those scenes, but ok on that. Hol Horse missing seems very unlikely. Beyond that I have nothing more to say.

Hol Horse only needs a single bullet to kill mista wich only has wall level durability and Emperor keeps track of the target so eveen if he tries to call out sex pistols to kick then back he just needs to make the bullets change the position and blow up Mista brains off.

Voting Hol Horse.

For what is worth, Hol Horse himself also has Wall level dura since a few months.

I just want to point out that Horse has Hanged Man due to SBA saying that if a character is often shown fighting alongside another character or a character is weakened by being solo they can have their respective ally.

Daaang I forgot about this, seeing the votes however...

Mista: 7

Hol Horse: 2

So is this gonna be added or...

I'd just like to add to this that I don't think this fight is just gonna be a straight on head-to-head draw of which one aims and shoots more accurately with the first bullet, this fight is going to move around and not boil down to just one spot the entire time, because what JoJo fight ever does?

With that in mind, Mista obviously surpasses Hol Horse in every mental way, but Hol Horse still definitely has the advantage with his infinite bullets that can re-direct much faster and much more times than Mista's can. I know the starting post established that this had equalized speed, but in a normal fight, if Hol Horse's bullets can swerve around Silver Chariot's blade, they can swerve around anything Mista tries to put in front of him and the bullet as long as Mista is visible to Hol Horse, even Mista firing a Sex Pistol riding a bullet to try and kick said bullet right into Hol Horse's wouldn't be able to launch it fast enough to not have Hol Horse's bullet just swerve around his.

I know that Mista's superior range was brought up, but I think that Mista will fight Hol Horse within his effective range 9 times out of 10, because that's just how he fights most of the time, but I will also add to the evidence of him effectively fighting at long-range with the feat of him firing a bunch of Sex Pistols from the elevator in the fight against Rolling Stones, with the Sex Pistols seeming to redirect multiple times and reach all the way to Bruno's location all while packing the same punch if Mista was standing just meters from Rolling Stones, which he does moments later and nails it with the same force.

Even with Hol Horse's infinite ammo, I don't think he'll ever just spam directional bullets forever until they hit Mista, because that's just not how he fights, he lacks the mental strength to be able to fire and control too many bullets at once, or else Hol Horse would've just fired a hundred bullets at Polnareff and call it a day. A stand's strength is equivalent to the user's mental strength, and Hol Horse is just not mentally strong enough to go all out and rain down an endless amount of bullets forever, so Mista still has a chance here.

It's important to note that if Hol Horse tries to fight in a more cowardly way and attempt to disappear for a surprise attack, Mista's pistols can find him like they went and found Bruno against Rolling Stones. If Mista or Hol Horse move so that there's a thick enough obstacle keeping each other out of sight that Hol Horse can't just shoot straight through, Mista's Sex Pistols will earn him the win here, seeing as Hol Horse's bullets can't see for themselves and thus can't automatically track enemies that he can't see, but Mista's Sex Pistols can, and will re-direct to nail him, maybe even end the fight right there if he hits a lethal spot.

I'd imagine that Hol Horse, not being confident enough without a partner, would put something between the two to be able to regroup mentally and try and strike when Mista is within his sights while not being too close yet not too far, when a Sex Pistol bursts through a window or something near him and alerts Mista to him being there.

Now, as much as I'd like to say that Mista would just shoot more bullets from his safe position to kill Hol Horse without getting close, that's just not in his character, seeing as after he shot Sex Pistols where Pesci was on the train in the fight against Grateful Dead, instead of just shooting more bullets while out of sight, he went and walked right up all confident, getting very close to Pesci, who could have killed him with Beach Boy if he wasn't such a mammoni at the time.

Though, on that note, I don't think it's out of the question that Hol Horse would completely lose composure after Sex Pistol shot off a finger or two before Mista closes in personally, to the point that Emperor wouldn't even be effective, what with Hol Horse freaking out as Mista closed in on him.

But, there was the time when Hol Horse was about to bust a cap in the back of DIO's skull while not breaking a sweat, while even most of the Crusaders themselves quaked in his mere presence, so we've got an example of Hol Horse being exceptionally cowardly, and an example of Hol Horse being exceptionally calm and collected in the face of a threat.

My guess is that the only reason Hol Horse is ever confident when he's working alone, is because nothing negative in the situation has yet to have happened, but as soon as something doesn't go his way, he switches from calm to cowardly, so Hol Horse losing a finger or two from a surprise, 'round the corner Sex Pistol would more than likely break his composure, since Hol Horse has waaay more cockiness than he has resolve, while Mista's working with maximum resolve.

All in all, if Mista is smart enough to move from the initial position of them just standing meters apart from each other, I think he'll win, but if he just stands there and tries to out-gun Hol Horse, Hol Horse kills him before Mista has the chance to make Hol Horse sweat after receiving damage.

so you're basically saying its inconclusive

Sorry if I made it sound inconclusive, I think that Mista wins most of the time, unless he just stands there and tries to out-gun Hol Horse, but I think he's smarter than that, so I think the win goes to Mista most times.
