Why can't I stop making JoJo matches?

Outside of the mansion in Cairo, where DIO lies in wait for the Joestars to meet their maker, a falcon is stationed outside of the building, gazing at the nearby locale for any intruders onto the estate. Suddenly, a piercing scream that is suddenly cut short somewhere nearby catches the attention of the falcon, and he takes flight to scope out the scene. What he found would likely horrify most, but only mildly surprised him. For it was a woman, or used to be a woman, who seemingly had been melted in a pile of flesh while a small rat feasted on her corpse. He suspected that this rat may be a Stand User, which was only confirmed when the rat noticed him and fired a dart at him with its Stand, barely missing its target. Not willing to take any risk of his master becoming another meal for this creature, he summoned his own Stand and readied for a fight to the death.

In the blue corner, we have Pet Shop from Stardust Crusaders, and in the red corner, we have Bug-Eate from Diamond Is Unbreakable.

-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed any outside help.

-This fight takes place on the streets of Cairo, starting near DIO's mansion, giving Pet Shop the home-court advantage.

With all this being said, let the debate begin!

I think I am gonna have to vote for Bug-Eaten. The rat's tactics should be enough to get off at least one shot, since he was able to get one off on jotaro. I can see BE ducking into an allyway to force Pet-Shop into a possition where he can get a clean shot. Precision over brute force basically.

For these reasons, I vote BE. But i may change later
 
I mean, Pet Shop is a born strategist that was able to learn flaws about The Fool mid-fight to gain advantages over Iggy. Plus, his naturally heightened eyesight would allow him to perceive Ratt's functions and be able to avoid any projectiles coming his way.

Honestly, I could see it going either way. But that's just me. Your reasoning is fine, too.
 
If BE manages to land even one hit, PS's fked. That being said, PS can also oneshot. It could go either way really, but I am gonna have to vote for Pet Shop. It will be flying, so BE deflecting darts for unexpected hits isn't possible. It has a good mobility advantage as well due to flight, plus it can see the darts coming due to falcon eyesight and block them with ice with no harm to itself. Its attacks also have decent aoe and the surface freezing can hold BE in place, if not directly kill him.

So yeah, voting Pet Shop with average difficulty.
 
I'm voting for Bug Eaten even if it's a quite difficult choice. But after looking at it, the abilities of the rats are too impressive, like, among other things, they can hold their breath under water 3 minuts, or jump up for 2-3 feet (depending if it's running or not), and if their head can pass through a hole, their whole body can. They can bite very hard too. If you add that to the stand ability, the fact that it could hide into the streets or in the sewage, I guess it can manage to have at least a shot against Pet Shop, which would be finished
 
Let's look at the match without stands real quick.

Rat's usually hide and run away, but Pet Shop literally is a bird of prey and both in real life and in the story have insanely good eyesight. I don't think Rat is hiding from Pet Shop anytime soon.

Stand-wise Rat's shots can be dodged by Pet Shop because unlike Part 4 Jotaro he is fast enough to fly away and can see it literally a mile away before it gets the chance to hit him. Not to mention his Ice can deflect it. Rat can't pull a Jotaro fight and deflect the shots off of something because Pet Shop is gonna be in the sky, and if he tried it Pet Shop's vision will let it see it a mile away.

What is Rat gonna do when Pet Shop freezes over the area or just make a huge ass chunk of Ice and drop it on the area before Rat can run? I think Pet Shop hard counters Rat here, so he's got my vote.
