Glados render
Do you know the biggest lesson I learned from what you did? I discovered I have a sort of black-box quick-save feature. In the event of a catastrophic failure, the last two minutes of my life are preserved for analysis. I was able ― well, forced, really ― to relive you killing me. Again and again. Forever. You know, if you had done that to someone else, they might devote their existence to exacting… revenge.

Ok so here's the run down. Glados has these advantages:

-Better intellect

-Better Stamina

-Hacking skills

-And transmite her data into other computers if seem fit.

However Bender has:

-More deadly equipment

-Physical Regenerationn

-Better Durability and AP

-Can physically move around

-Planetary Annihilator

-Has confirmed lifting/striking strength

-And his clones

Now Glados can just hack Bender if she wants to, but she doesn't like start off with that due to her character being sadistic and rather like to toy with her "subjects". Bender, while being cocky, he does perceive anyone that isn't Fry a threat if they seem to mess with him. And for attacking, he's kinda random throwing what he has in his arsenal, but his character is basically him doing what he wants and when he wants to. Bender can just use his clones to distract Glados and take out her turrets and use his various weapons that can already destroy cities and planets as the laser seems to go around just through anything leaving no trace of the target. Or Bender can just Time Travel his way to prevent such a beast to even exist. And some of Glados' ability like neurotoxins and electricity and the like will be inaffective towards him since most of her powers are use to tormant live test subjects. And I doubt robots were a part of that category.

TL;DR: Bender has my vote for being more mobile, having a much deadlier arsenal, has the AP/Durability/yadda yadda yadda advantage, time travel, and whatever bullshit I just said before I made the paragraph.
