Demon vs Demon nice

Ive watched both series multiple times and love them both, but this really depends more on Michael than anything. Both have low-Godly but it depends on how Michael uses his powers. He clearly has better powers than Bill but he rarely uses stuff like concept manipulation in combat and the only times he's seen fighting he uses BFR (I think) and other methods which usually aren't life threatening.

I think since Bill is more likely to kill and go for his powers first, Bill could transmute him. The reason I think this is because when other powerful demons and Shawn are chasing after him he rarely uses stuff like concept Manip or EE and I doubt he would see Bill as a larger threat than Shawn.

So for now I'm going Bill due to him being more likely to his more effective powers first due to his character. I am willing to change my mind if someone else comes in and provides more info though.

EDIT: Yeah, concept Manip isn't even combat applicable so sticking with Bill for now

EDIT 2: He no longer even has EE

So are we just gonna put Bill against like the weakest Low 2-Cs and he's just gonna rack up wins like Goku has.

Not entirely but he should survive Bill's since it's not exactly very potent. Michael needs his soul destroyed to die and Bill's death Manip isn't that good IIRC

I mean, I think it's definitely non-corporal but would something like that finish Michael? I'm not really sure. I'm fairly certain it wouldn't kill him

It makes a thump sound when hitting the ground. The head is simply glowing.
A non-corporeal can perfectly do that, his inside was glowing too and why would a corporeal head be glowing? In the same way a ghost would do? This is as simple as it gets.

Having an aura from the inside to the outside that makes you look like a ghost but not being a ghost doesn't makes more sense than being a ghost.
