Alright, I'll go more in-detail in a sec.

Meliodas' absorption of taking damage would really help alongside Rage Power, his Aura, Hellfire Manipulation, and Duplication. But considering his clones are weaker than the original, that won't be too much of a problem for Sonic to deal with, but the Hellfire Manip could be nasty if it hits.
Sonic's superior versatility with things like his shields letting him take a blow Scott-free, Time Break, and Wisps are what really give him the win. Meliodas has no counter to being torn to shreds, absorbed and added into Sonic's mass, or being void'ed from existence (which isn't on the profile, for some reason).
I don't even know who has AP advantage here tho.
