Luigi Vs. Tails: The redux

Shut yer glums Hig. Mario is faster than Game Sonic and he is hailed as the king of video games what more could ya want ya greedy bastard.

Hey Shadow how about I pit Paper Mario with Game Illumina? You think that would be fair?

Time stop won't do much if you can't meaningfully hurt your opponent.
Tails is baseline 4-B, and Luigi is High 4-C+.

Yeah no.

How long does his time stop last?
30 seconds at most, at least as an approximate because RPG game mechanics, I also have to point out that he uses it mid battle, as he has to charge it by taking or dealing damage.

Luigi also starts with a damage-nulling forcefield, then again.

Mario passive forcefield
Yes, Luigi can use it too, and it´s invisible while not being hitted

So does it mean that Luigi isn't going to feel damage for like at least 6 hits from Tails?

Yes, he can still flinch, however, so a quick combo can break it.

Which in turn will let him use timestop which he has to charge by getting hit.

He has to actually take or deal enought damage for it to be charged, however.

Has this damage-nulling force-field shown to block hits from those stronger than Luigi?

It has worked on moves that would normally AP stomp (including Dreamy Bowser), so it´s likely that it´ll work here.

It should be, as the AP gap shouldn´t even be over 3 times respectivelly.
