James Bond: 0

Chelshia: 0

Inconclusive: 5 (Jackythejack, Starter Pack, KLOL506, Jasonsith, GyroNutz)

Story:

M: "007, have you received the file on the target" Bond: "Yes I have M. This is something we haven't faced before." M: "James, this monster is incredibly strong. It may be best to stay inside the Vanquish for this one. It has suitable protection if she gets close" Bond: "Understood Mum"

James drives into London to see Chelshia... not causing damage?

Bond: "Hello there monster, care to explain what that thing on your arm is?" Chelshia: "This? It's for smashing pesky people who don't mind people's business" Bond: "Oh really? Looks more like a drink mixer to me" Chelshia: "Oh you're gonna pay for that scrawny"

Chelshia jumps into the middle of the road, Bond backs up in the Aston Martin, the two ready the brutally destroy the other.
 
Go completely invisible, launch seeking missiles he can remotely control, machine guns, homing missiles, use underwater, oil slick

Invisibility will be a huge concern for monster girl, plus the remote control and homing missiles. IMO Bond could just go insivible seeing her as a monster and attack her from all different directions and overwhelm her
 
Would the missiles become invisible, however? If not Chelshia could likely seek them out and go into a chest form. They shouldn't harm her if she stays in there. Also she does have an ability which lets her see hidden paths. I'm not sure if it's be the same but it couldn't help, as all she has to do is shake the ground. It's not like she's completely helpless against an invisible enemy
 
They aren't invisible but they launch two at a time with no coo down, meaning James can launch them all at once or spread them out over time.

What's her chest form like?
 
Chest form is...literally a chest. She's the chest. She can charge up attacks while in the chest form and if she falls on something in the chests form she harms it. Also like in game just about nothing can hurt her in that form.

So this is how I see this fight going. If Chelshia is out of chest form, she gets overwhelmed and blown to smithereens because even if she beats a few missiles, she still has to avoid potentially tens of them. This means she has to stay in her chest form to avoid that, in which Bond can use missiles or machine gun fire to blow attacks from Chelshia or use his clear mobility edge to avoid anything Chelshia throws at him until she eventually has to get out of chest form to hit him, then Bond blows her up again.

I should note that Bond has many, many missiles and invincibility can last a while
 
Then what stops her from spamming chest form, however? Besides withbspeed amplification it wouldn't be that bad outrunning some missiles. Does Bond have to aim his car at her to fire the missiles or do they just kinda shoot out of wherever's convenient? She can likely figure out where he's moving to at some point.

Even then her chest form lasts indefinitely, so she doesn't have to get out of it. She can stay in there for however long she wants. Bond can't really force her to change out of her form.
 
The Vanquish does not have to move. He just has to lock on to Chelshia, fire, drive away repeat. I don't see Chelshia figuring out an exact location on him.

He can't force her through physical damage yes, but James has a counter to everything the shield form can do. If she wants to win she will have to let her guard down at some point.

It could be an inconclusive purely based on the fact neither of them will budge. The car can tank building level attacks well as well, and even has Armour to increase its durability and has shown no signs in game of ever running out of fuel/energy
 
Oh wait is it a game only car? So it wouldn't have fuel? damn MI6 doesn't even need to pay for gas

Either way I don't see what stops her from dodging those missiles with her speed boat via the dash punch. She'd technically be faster than them if speed is equalized, so her speed boost would help and the fact that it can be spammed even more so. She should be able to figure it out at some point, as memorizing attack patterns shouldn't be too hard of a challenge for her. She could likely at the very least a get some good pot shots off either by straight up punching it or saucy shot.

If she feels like she's gonna get hit and decimated (which would be understandable because missiles), she could just outrun them and give herself room to work with, or just go into her chest which takes place almost, if not just immediately.

What counters this however is that Bond doesn't even need to be around Chelshia for this. If he sees her getting faster he drives a city block away and uses remote controlled missiles and goes invisible. I just see no way of her finding someone who has invisibility in London. If Bond sees that the missiles aren't doing anything, he isn't gonna keep attacking which gives monster girl a chance to find him. He will hide and wait while invisible. Eventually either Chelshia gives up or she falls into a trap Bond sets and he blows her up before she even knows anything is coming or chips her down with machine gun fire. Then there is the oil slick in which he uses when anyone is behind the Vanquish which guarantees to trip people up
 
To be fair Chelshia's dealt with slicky situations before with ice levels I believe but good point. How far is the range on those missiles, though?

Also...I'll be perfectly honest when I say I have no idea if Chelshia would give up at that point. Her choices range from literally closing the Mimic's chest to avoid a fight but also relentlessly chasing down a pirate. Also considering you can literally just join the bad guys because why not, uh...Chelshia is a hard character to crack.

However, even if Bond takes her by surprise she should be able to take a good few shots from the missiles. I'd hate to play that card but I'm pretty sure this is still baseline which is rather underwhelming from what I remember? Not too sure, but my point is she should be able to take a surprise attack.
 
Tens of metres. It isn't really specified but it's tens of metres at the very least.

I think incon honestly could be the result here. It's borderline impossible in this fight to pinpoint what would exactly happen and like you said since Chelshia has many variables almost anything could happen here
 
And Chelshia has...several. Oof. Still I feel like she could saucy shot the crap out of missions and make her way to Bond's car. Might be...extraordinarily difficult, but she could.

I cant even say she's determined half the time it's so weird. Like if someone were to ask me "Hey does Chelshia do this?" I'd be like

"I mean maybe does she fell like doing it??"

I can see it being incon because all it takes is one hit from Chelshia to really decimate the car, but with her berserker mode, which she could actually go into, she's three times stronger. That's enough to probably at the very least destroy the car, but it's difficult to tell if she gets that hit off.

Literally Chelshia sits in a chest until Bond gets bored and either chats with her or leaves.

"Yeah I think I got the wrong one."
 
So shall I take your vote for incon?

I definitely see both characters killing the other but it would be extremely hard for either.

James has to somehow get Chelshia out of her chest form and bombarded her with missiles. Chelshia has to somehow find and catch an invisible car which even then can take hits before being destroyed and could just drive away
 
Oof, this is going down an unexpected path but...yeah, incon is likely the best option out there.

I thought one was gonna die but eeeeeh I'm not sure. Let's get Chelshia the whole spectrum of match results with this.

"So...are you ready to come out of there now?"

"No!"

"And what if I ask nicely?"

"Still no!"

"I have pizza."

"Oh wait re-wait, by pizza do you mean a missile?"

"...no."

Off-topic but does Bond have any showings of dodging M4 bullets? I do know that he has showings of snapping necks (Might be Craig's Bond).
 
Possibly, I'd have to check through the many gun fights he has been in hahaha
