I attempt to fix this wiki asunder

So...Cure Heart could likely just empathic manipulate him and call it a day? What exactly does it do?
 
Ah, so it essentially just depends on if Not Important could kill her before she does that? Assuming she's quick to do that I'd say Cure Heart takes it
 
Uh, yep. Considering that Cure Heart's whole deal is dispelling corrupted emotions, and will absolutely be the very first thing she tries to do, and that's pretty much all that's driving Not Important, I'm gonna give it to Cure Heart.

Only thing that I can see taking her down is Not Important immediately opening fire on her with his heavier artillery, which granted, he'll probably do. But then Cure Heart will heal his emotions and make him better or something. So, yeah.
 
If the crusader has all his 9-B and 9-A weapons plus a superhuman+ speed vehicle to carry them AND unrestrict speed this MAY not be a stomp. (but I doubt the crusader's ability to drive vehicles well) Otherwise an admin may close this.

But Cure Heart is still winning very low diff.
 
Not a stomp in my book. Not Important still has the AP to gun down Cure Heart fairly well. It's just that he's gonna get emotionally healed very easily by her.

Low difficulty, sure, but not a stomp.

Only concern: is giving NI a motor vehicle and speed unrestriction advantage enough to make this match not a stomp.
