101Electrode

don't they just

kill themselves

Self-Destruct: Electrode blows itself up, doing massive damage to all in the vicinity. While this would normally defeat the user as well, given that Electrode does this for fun, and we see it in the anime doing this to no ill effects, it likely doesn't affect Electrode. This is Electrode's main attack.

Same with explosion.

With the plethora of Stats Amps and Debuffs Electrode has I think he takes this. And I'm not sure Laxus is resistant nor immune to paralysis inducement just for being the LDS. But Electrode as all Electric-Type Pokemon can't be paralyzed with electric moves. So if that could happen Laxus is gonna see him greatly slowed down.

Electrode needs a couple or Charge uses and whooping Laxus with Hyper Beam, Sonic Boom or some "suicide" technique while Laxus's attacks are going to tickle Elec even w/o things like Light Screen. Oh, and Eerie Impulse would lower Laxus's Sp. Def so he's gonna get more affected by special attacks which Electrode has many in its arsenal.

And if for some reason Laxus manages to defeat Electrode getting hurt and tired in the process, Electrode just says 'lolnope' and takes him with it via Aftermath.

So if not a stomp Electrode takes this with ease. IDK about Laxus's AP but I'm not sure if he scales to Mard Geer.

Stomp fra, Electrode scales to final form pokemon like Tyranitar and Charizard

I mean, it doesn't say 7-A Laxus ovo

If Electrode scales to mons that stomp the 531, he is stomping here.
