As the title suggests, this will make The Player (Death Road to Canada) 9-B.
The 9-C rating was inofitself a lowball, what with how they can wrestle animals (And even punch a Grizzly Bear in the nose hard enough to make it outright bail from the scene), but it also has a bit of a hole in it's logic.
Basically, because only the Big Frickin' Log as 9-B KE, I figured that was the only thing they were 9-B with. Of course, what I didn't think about is how they also, you know, would require the strength in order to make such a swing, and thereby should at least scale when using physical blows, if not just in general.
9-B evidence only started to get clearer as I realized you can actually survive Grenades to the face (Though it'll require max vitality, and even then, it'll still hurt real bad). and how with a clean hit you can straight up splatter someone. Though, that might be a bit game mechanics, as no matter how zombies die, they'll just kinda turn to mush spritewise.
Regardless, Wall level is more then consistent enough of a rating to warrant an upgrade accordingly.
