9-B durability doesn't take in account the peircing damage of a gun. However Phoenix has poison (idk from what), and knives and guns that he is skilled with apparantly, so I will go with Phoenix due to being more skilled and likely delivering a better shot to kill. Not to mention being smarter.
It requires prep. Its a lil bottle given to him by his psycho gf that contains a deadly poison in it. If he is willing to kill at all costs, he could just grab onto the opponent and force them to eat it.
If Phoenix can survive a speeding car ramming into him I don't think a gun would be all that bad. Phoenix may be kinda of an idiot and doesn't know how to use weapons very well but he can get himself out of tough situations fairly well, and I don't see how this would be different.
Eyeballing, that would make the feat ~20 times lower. Let's see if I'm right.
vf=(m1xv1)/(m1+m2) so, using the numbers from the former calc, and assuming Phoenix weighs 62kg according to this, we get 16 m/s
Then we apply this here KE=0.5xm2xvf^2, and we get 7.9x10^3 J, so around 28~ times lower. I got close. This is 9-C, which means that I have to calculate some of his other feats to get him back on 9-B. *Sigh*
Nah, he still survived a tiger charging at him, and in that case he absorbed the full KE as he fell on the ground with the Tiger on top, so he's still 9-B, just to a much lesser degree.
Also, I'm quite sure the feat of him falling into the river is also 9-B and pretty good.
Anyway, I have problem with the AP value as it doesn't take into consideration that the door was locked an reinforced. I'll see what I can find about it.
