Senbei Norimaki takes a trip to Tokyo for an annual inventor's convention, and is forced to take his android daughter, Arale, with him. Unfortunately, as per usual with him, Arale ended up going on a crazy destructive spree and experienced several manga chapters worth of misadventures before a voice called out to her from above her. The voice belonged to a scantily clad boy who's feet were rockets, who slowly landed right in front of her. He asked her to stop, and she said she would, but only if he were to play with her. Seeing no other way about this, he agreed, and prepared himself for what this unexpectedly dangerous girl would do.
