Monika vs Flowey

Monika and Flowey are pretty much the same ability-wise. Both have kept the player of their respective games from saving or loading their save files, and both can save and load whenever the heck they wanted. Assuming overwriting save files (like Flowey did) qualify for Existence Erasure, Flowey might have that going for him too, but the Neutral Route ending clearly shows that overwriting save files does not do that, so... Yeah.
I'm gonna vote Inconclusive or otherwise Tie because neither Monika nor Flowey truly have the means to oust each other.

I would personally vote Monika for this matchup. Flowey has been shown to be able to break the fourth wall and has shown massive amounts of power in doing so. However, the fact that he can still be quite clearly overcome, even in his most powerful state, indicates that he is still limited in just how much he can affect the world of Undertale. Monika on the other hand, even after being erased, managed to overcome the power of Sayori with the club president's power, which then allowed her to destroy the game for good. My point is, Monika has been shown to be capable of using her 4th wall breaking abilities to overcome other people with those same abilities, while Flowey has been shown doing no such thing. Consider this +1 for Monika.

Both are evenly matched in AP, I'm pretty sure, but Monika has more stuff to go to, compared to Flowey.
