I mean, and I say this with absolute certainly, I think if James Bond has prep time against a base Goku, he'd win

Literally all James would have to do is pretend to be a friend to him and then poison his drink. GG 007 > DBS
 
At the time this was made, Speedwagon's hat was 8-C

TBH, this wouldn't really make a difference to the outcome.
