Both of them got whooped by Kondraki, but which one takes the cake for third place?

Battle takes place on Route 66. Sombra is maintaining surveillance of a Talon operation moving a payload through the area, when Roman and Neo bust in to take the goods. While Roman handles the agents, Neo is confronted by Sombra, and a fight ensues.

Speed is =. Vol 1-3 Neo.

She can turn on a thermo-optic camo (invisibility) without much of a set time limit, although she has to deactivate it to attack or use other abilities. She can teleport from location to location with a translocater that she places on the ground, and can see enemies through walls and past stuff like invisibility if their health is low. She can also hack into anything remotely technological from meters away, although that wouldn't really affect Neo.
 
I think i'm leaning towards Neo for now. She seems to have the better CQC skills and aura should protect her from Sombra's gun for a time. Sombra's invisiblity makes this kinda close though.
 
It looks like Neo has the advantage up close, and Sombra's invisibility isn't as useful as Neo's illusions. She can't attack while invisible and Neo wouldn't stand around looking for her.

She'd probably use her own illusions to counter her invisbility. Her hacking won't be useful either since Neo doesn't have anything mechanical.

Her teleportation while useful, I don't see turning the match to her favor.

Also using ranged attacks won't help much since Neo's illusions would let her get close, and her Aura should protect her from bullets. I think Neo wins via better CQC, Aura, and illusions.
