I'm working on a feat compilation for the verse. Its pretty hard to find the specific statements, since it comes from end-game dialogues that need to be unlocked.
 
The countless timelines comes from a Time Traveler lore, which shows him going to other timelines countless times. He theorized the existence of infinite timelines in the lore, thats why the "possibly" is used.
 
I played the game, just forgot to get the scans before deleting the character (I didn't want to create the profiles back then)
