There is only a dead signal; she check the channel from the captain to each member of the crew until she finds the last one.
She notices a message: "HELP!" and a blurry photo showing someone pointing a gun at him. He and everyone else have probably already been killed

The Wire Strings, wound so tight moments ago, began to loosen — not unraveling so much as exhaling. C.Y.L.A.M.'s chassis peeled open from the front, like a hand uncurling.
What was inside wasn't Tosho anymore.
Not exactly.
The face had already begun to lose its coherence at the edges, softening, the nanomachine slurry finding the path of least resistance through cartilage and artificial synthetic collage. C.Y.L.A.M's own features split open at the jaw — wide, wider — and accepted the offering. Closed.
For a moment, the android's face was nothing. Then it settled. Resolved.
Her.
"...Okay," Talia said finally, very quietly. "That's a thing that happened."
Soon, Tosho's organs slip outside of her internal housing.
Heart, brain, intestines, left and right eyes.
Brute force.
The slick on the floor began to move.
"You know," Talia's voice came back — quieter now, the performance mostly gone, "most people in MANUS don't even know this is possible."
The floors finished their work.

The cocoon didn't glow so much as warm — a deep reddish bleed at the seams.
From the outside: C.Y.L.A.M.'s chassis, Tosho's equipment, the wire tangle of their joining — all of it was expelled and dropped.
Shed.
Clattered to the floor in pieces neither of them would need anymore.
"Hey, I'll be back in a second. Bathroom. Don't do anything too— "

One... two (and more) techs knocked against the floor, found purchase on nothing, then began to slide — slowly, then not slowly — back toward the cocoon's surface. The semisolid membrane accepted them like goo, just seeping back into it with a schlop.
Tools built to kill, reassembling themselves around whatever was being born inside.
"Are you trying to bait some reaction out of me?" Tosho spoke through the cocoon.
"Not really. I just assumed you'd be done by the time I said it."

As the group approached, a low hum began to ripple through the air, like the sound of something charging. The massive metal door before them open with a deafening clang
Nick’s instincts kicked in; he dove to the side just as a searing ball of plasma erupted from the darkness beyond, scorching the ground where he had stood.
“IT WAS WAITING FOR US!” Nick screamed

The man walk around, looking, there is an escape capsule in the west way, he only need to pass and dodge, the rest of those people, the three drone are going from the main group, he only need to be careful from not step in the way of that person he see in the camara
He look one side of his desk, he took a his gun and a detonator, he only hope reach the escape capsule before detonating all this place

"Spread out! It can't hit all three of us!" the medic shouted back as he was moving in the opposite direction. He activated the Gravity Belt and ran up a wall before firing an energy beam in the direction the plasma shot came from to draw the machine's attention.

As Tosho advanced, the air cracked with the sound of a near‑explosion. Crossing one door, she caught sight of the chaos inside: 3 of her teammates locked in combat against a hovering Drone Sphere
As Jael twisted aside at the last possible instant, a bolt of plasma searing past her shoulder. It struck the wall with a vicious hiss, leaving behind a molten scar of red‑white metal, even through the protective layers of her suit, Jael felt the oppressive heat radiating from the impact, had she last in the previous position without an action for even a heartbeat, she would have been reduced to slag
The Sphere’s targeting indicator shifted, locking onto the Doctor. Its center of gravity warped unnaturally as it pushed itself out of the energy beam, then surged forward
“Hey, over here!” Nick’s scream out across the chamber. Sprinting in the opposite direction, he shot an arrow that burst into a wave frost, encasing part of the Sphere in a shell of ice. Jael acknowledged the grazed shoulder and yet, not so much as a grunt is even heard. Instead, the rail gun is readied.
"Extreme force about to be deployed. Avoid my coordinates to minimize friendly fire," Jael said, voice distorted from the slightly damaged gear.
Once all are clear of the trajectory of the rail gun, it fires at the drone sphere.
