Most people say that Brainiac wins in intellect, however it is hard to compare to someone who built an infinite dimension (IN HUMAN FORM)
 
Anyways, this is good. I can't debate on my own tho, so if anybody responds, I'll vote by majority.
 
I feel like this depends entirely on who is the better hacker than combatant considering both can bodyhop into the other and hack them out of existence.

What keys are you using?
 
Brainiac is the kind of guy that regularly absorbs advanced civilizations and shrinks them down inside of bottles for giggles. Hes one of the smartest beings in the DC universe and occaisionally gets into punch up with Superman.

But... In a pure punch up between these two specific versions, I think Ultron can muscle through, as he's tanked shots from Thor and physically over powered other cosmic adventurer types.

But... Thats only half the conversation, as both have methods of rebuilding themselves. For Brainiac, nanobots. For Ultron, wireless download (the cloud). The ladder would rely on the location of the fight, but I think Brainiac could distrupt the download after he realised what Ultron was doing, at least on the second attempt without prep time.

But... I think Ultron would have a easier time destroying the nanobots the first go. Point Ultron.
 
It definiantly would be closer. Brainiac would no doubt make some physics defying machine capable of destroying Ultron. But Ultron, while not as technologically advanced, would use the prep time more proactively and come up with a method of hacking Brainiac. I'm not sure if Brainiac would anticipate this and be able to prep defenses, and even if he did how effective they would be.

With prep time, I'd be force to say inconclusive.
 
There is prep time now. Also, I believe that Ultron would be aware of Brainiac's engineering skills and try to find a very quick way to wipe him out. Ultron has many ways of hacking Brainiac, prove me wrong if otherwise.
 
There's not an app, I just use google and desktop mode. Don't edit profiles on mobile though, doesn't tend to work so well.
 
Eh, don't know much about either, but I'll go Ultron FRA as well as the fact that Ultron's body hopping gives him an extra degree of survivability that Braniac just doesn't have.

He might not have Reactive Evolution, however, he can take over Brainiac's technology and use it against him.
 
Also, while they are both super geniuses, I believe that Ultron is smarter. After all, his AI is based off of Hank Pym who, might I add: He is one of the world's foremost biochemists and also possesses considerable expertise in numerous scientific fields such as subatomic physics, robotics, cybernetics, programming, emergency medicine, optics, and entomology. He is one of the nine smartest people in the world, rivaling Mr. Fantastic, and is regarded by the Eternity as the Earth's "Scientist Supreme". Ultro was smarter than Hank, who is a ******* brilliant man. So, don't undermine Ultro.
 
Still in on a tie. Both are partially the same thing, but while Ultron can take over Braniac, he can evolve and hack him. It depends who's first.
 
I personally think Ultron can pull it off, don't forget, he has hack resistance, and can hack people back. This is just my perspective, don't get me wrong, they're both amazingly strong and amazing characters, but I prefer Ultron as a character. Weird since I prefer DC overall OvO
 
Yeah so I read over this thread and Ultron and Braniac's bio, and I would have to agree with Ultron taking this with his better ╠Âh╠Âa╠Âx╠ hack. Sorry not much to contribute I know.
 
Can someone explain how Ultron's hack is better than Brainiac's hack since both of them have arguably the same intelligence?
